**Please Note: Mounts for the tabs to the fender screws are broken and top mount is missing. It is a good candidate for a lower bumper cut for a NA bumper but is kinda junky for a 01-05 car**
This item is in good working order, they will have normal wear due to it being in a wrecked car. The item was tested prior removal from the vehicle.
