At Ben’s Used Miata Parts, we make every effort to thoroughly test and inspect each part before listing it for sale. However, occasional issues may still arise. If you have any questions or need assistance with an item, please feel free to contact us. Return Policy for Ben’s Used Miata Parts:
For returns not related to shipping damage or item issues, such as "Changed My Mind" "Ordered By Mistake" "Accidentally Ordered The Wrong Part", we offer a 30-day return window from the date of item delivery. These returns will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee, which helps cover our costs for initial shipping, materials, retesting, relisting, and reinventorying the item. Please note that any shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any issues that may arise during transit, such as lost or damaged items (we recommend insuring return shipments). Once we approve a return, you’ll have 14 days to ship the item back to us. Returns will only be accepted if we receive the item in the exact condition in which it was purchased. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet this requirement.
Items Not Eligible for Returns:
• Items shipped via freight carrier or large body parts like Fenders, Door Shells, Bumpers (Rear & Front), Windshield Wiper Cowls (due to high shipping costs).
• Engines & Transmissions. We do not provide a warranty on engines or transmissions. However, we guarantee they are in good working condition. Each component is thoroughly tested before removal. Due to the variability in installation processes, we cannot offer a warranty, as improper installation may lead to engine damage or other issues, and we will not be held responsible for that.
• Hydraulic or electronic parts. Such as Power Steering Racks, Wiring Harnesses, ECU's, Radios (due to limitations in retesting).
• Items listed as "Sold As Is", “non-returnable” or sold “for parts or not working.”
• Aftermarket and performance upgrade parts.
Items That Get "Refused" or "Returned To Sender":
We do our best at Ben's Used Miata Parts to ensure your item gets delivered to you in a timely manner. There are some cases that items get "refused" "No sufficient address information" "returned to sender" when these things happen it happens because the customer has put the incorrect information in. We do not change or edit the shipping information once it's received. The shipping information gets uploaded into the shipping label automatically.
If this happens and the item gets returned to our warehouse we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs. If you would like us to ship the item back to you we will have to collect shipping charges prior to re-shipment. If the charges do not get paid we will issue the refund minus the original shipping costs and no re-shipment will be made.
